About Me
My orientation and approach is based in depth and transpersonal psychology, bringing in mindfulness and mind-body practices when appropriate. In working together, integration becomes a practice in compassion, growth, and strength. I believe that integrating our psychedelic experiences is in service to both the individual and the collective, and that through the process we can find great curiosity, joy, purpose, and meaning.
I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, hold an M.A. in Psychology with a Mind-Body Concentration from Columbia University's Spirituality Mind Body Institute, and have completed a 200 hour yoga and meditation teacher certification. I worked closely with Dr. Ingmar Gorman, the director of the Psychedelic Education and Continuing Care Program in NYC as program assistant promoting education, trainings, workshops, continuing care programs, and other services. During this time I was able to assist in, attend, and complete the Psychedelic 101 and 102 trainings led by Dr. Gorman and Dr. Elizabeth Nielson. Additionally, I worked in Costa Rica at Rythmia Life Advancement Center, a medically licensed facility offering plant medicine ceremonies. At Rythmia I assisted Chief Medical Officer Dr. Jeff McNairy with client medical intakes and assessments, provided personal counseling and integration tools to clients facing psychological and emotional challenges, assisted facilitators during plant medicine ceremonies, led yoga and meditation classes, and facilitated and led four courses developed by Rythmia to support clients over the course of their stay. All of my personal and professional experiences over the last 12 years have had an active role in developing my compassionate and person-centered approach to coaching and mentorship. My hope is that you receive the support, the tools, and the inspiration you deserve.
