About Me
I support individuals integrating psychedelic and plant medicine experiences as part of a deeper therapeutic process. Many of the people I work with arrive carrying long-standing patterns that conventional approaches have touched but not fully reached — chronic self-pressure, identity confusion, shame, grief, or a quiet but persistent sense of disconnection from themselves. I support clients by creating a structured, emotionally safe space to clarify intentions before an experience, process what emerges during it, and translate insight into embodied, lasting change.
My approach draws on 5+ years of clinical experience working with clients who seek altered and expanded states as a tool within psychotherapy, in collaboration with medical experts in the field. I work integratively — weaving psychodynamic, depth-oriented, relational, mindfulness-based, and somatic approaches in ways uniquely tailored to each client's needs and goals. I offer both short-term intensive care and longer-term treatment, including experience integrating psychedelic therapies into complex cases. The body is central throughout — supporting nervous system regulation and the somatic grounding of insight, so that what emerges in an expanded state can be genuinely integrated rather than remain intellectually held. In my experience, integration is the most important — and most neglected — dimension of this work. What moves me most is supporting clients to genuinely embody what they've touched, so that change shows up not just in insight, but in how they relate, how they inhabit their bodies, and how they make meaning.
In my private practice, I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) as an adjunct to psychotherapy in partnership with an expert medical team, bringing experience across both private practice and acute care settings. As a clinical supervisor at The Integration Collective, I supervise doctoral-level associates and teach courses on integration as a psychological framework — one that can meet clients who feel stuck in conventional formats of care, and support early-career clinicians in offering integrative modalities ethically, safely, and meaningfully as they build their practices.
