About Me
I support individuals who are preparing for and integrating psychedelic and plant medicine experiences as part of their as part of their healing journey. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and honest. I use somatic, transpersonal and mind-body approaches for healing in my work.
Many of my clients come in navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, or long-standing patterns of self-criticism, shame, and boundary struggles. Together we create a compassionate, emotionally safe space to clarify intentions, process material that emerges before and after expanded states of consciousness, and support you in translating insight into lasting change. Our work emphasizes mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical integration so that meaningful experiences become embodied shifts in daily life rather than fleeting moments of insight.
My approach blends psychedelic preparation and integration psychotherapy with somatic and mind-body methods, bioenergetics, transpersonal perspectives, and energy medicine healing practices. Sessions support somatic tracking, nervous system regulation, parts and inner child work, and depth-oriented shadow exploration to help metabolize difficult or powerful experiences. I support clients in grounding insight into the body, strengthening inner resources, and cultivating a deeper sense of meaning, aliveness, and alignment. I honor both the psychological and psycho-spiritual dimensions of healing while moving at a pace that supports safety and integration.

About Me
Does life feel foggy, turbulent, or hard to orient to at times? Have you ever felt like a stranger in the world, or like you’re moving through life slightly out of sync, uncertain how to land fully in your body or your place here? You might be newly curious about deeper inner work, actively integrating meaningful experiences, or living with insights that continue to unfold over time. I come to this work with a deep respect for altered states of consciousness and the courage it takes to turn meaningful experiences into lived change.
Life can feel like walking in the dark, through grief, longing, love, rupture, awakening, and the quiet thresholds of becoming. I meet people wherever they find themselves in that process: whether newly called and curious about medicine work, in the midst of integration, or seasoned practitioners living with experiences that continue to unfold over time. Wherever you are, I bring my candle to meet you there, and we walk together from that place. My approach to psychedelic integration is grounded, relational, and slow enough to listen. Many people arrive feeling tender, cracked open, disoriented, or quietly changed in ways that don’t yet have language. You do not need clarity when we begin, only a willingness to stay curious and remain in relationship with what emerged.
With over 18 years of experience supporting people in psychedelic spaces, my work is informed by depth psychology, Jungian and psychodynamic perspectives, somatic and nervous-system–based approaches, contemplative and transpersonal traditions, and trauma-informed care. I am especially skilled in working with grief and loss, sexuality, identity, and the initiations and transformations that reshape a life.
In our work together, we may explore how your experiences are metabolized through the body, relationships, symbols, dreams, creativity, values, and choice, so they do not remain isolated moments, but become integrated sources of meaning and movement. My role is to walk alongside you with steadiness, care, and reverence as what you encountered finds its place in your life.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy time with my dog Hank, herbalism, spending time in nature, making art, moving my body and practicing 5rhythms dance, live music, and cooking and laughing with loved ones.

About Me
I work with individuals seeking support around psychedelic integration, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, psychosis, and sexual trauma. My approach is relational and depth-oriented, informed by contemporary psychoanalytic perspectives, and tailored to help clients make sense of their experiences while fostering stability, meaning, and agency
I’m a therapist and researcher interested in how technology, subjectivity, and contemporary psychological suffering intersect. I’m currently a doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where my dissertation explores social withdrawal, technology, and psychosis.
I have a background in philosophy, having graduated from St. John’s College, and I bring this philosophical orientation into my clinical work in a practical, accessible way. My research and writing have been presented at institutions including Seattle University, Boston College, and the University of Vermont, where I’ve contributed to conversations on depression, psychedelics, and the psychological effects of digital life

About Me
My approach is collaborative and relational, and varies based on your specific needs and pace. My therapeutic background is grounded in a depth perspective, emphasizing somatic, psychodynamic, and Jungian theories, while bringing in mindfulness, parts work, and mind-body practices. As a depth-oriented therapist, I orient to the unconscious, those aspects of experience and suffering that are not always known to conscious awareness. Together we may explore the unconscious through dreams, fantasies, body sensations, thoughts, and feelings. I draw from psychodynamic approaches, which emphasize how past experiences and relationships shape our present reality. I value the importance of relating to the patient as a whole person, appreciating the complexity of the mind and the multiplicity of the psyche.
The therapeutic relationship is a powerful place for significant growth, change & meaning. My aim as a therapist is to offer you a space where you can freely express and feel, while moving towards a deeper engagement with your inner and outer worlds. My clients seek support for concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, sexuality, intimacy, spirituality, as well as psychedelic integration and preparation. As your therapist, I will meet you with curiosity and compassion, we will slow down together and explore your depths to bring to consciousness the things that may be obstructing your path forward.
I view the client-therapist relationship as sacred, requiring compatibility and trust, and it is deeply important to me that you feel respected and cared for throughout this important work. If you are seeking therapy, I’d love to learn more about you and see how I can best support you. I’m deeply committed to this work and I look forward to meeting you
