About Me

I support individuals who are preparing for and integrating psychedelic and plant medicine experiences as part their healing journey. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and honest. In my work I use somatic, transpersonal, and mind-body approaches based in trauma informed care.

Many of my clients come in navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, or long-standing patterns of self-criticism, shame, and boundary struggles. I create a compassionate, emotionally safe space for you to clarify your intentions, process material that emerges before and after expanded states of consciousness, and support you in translating insight into lasting change. My work draws upon mindfulness based approaches, self-compassion practices, and practical integration so that meaningful experiences become embodied shifts in your daily life, rather than fleeting moments of insight.

My approach blends psychedelic preparation and integration psychotherapy with somatic, bioenergetics, psychodynamic, transpersonal perspectives, and energy medicine. Sessions support somatic tracking, nervous system regulation, parts and inner child work, and depth-oriented shadow exploration to help metabolize difficult or powerful experiences. I support clients in grounding awareness into the body, strengthening inner resources, and cultivating a deeper sense of meaning, aliveness, and alignment. I honor both the psychological and psycho-spiritual dimensions of healing while moving at a pace that supports safety and integration.
