About Me

I became a therapist because I love supporting people in doing the deep work of exploring their inner world, facing shadow and vulnerability, metabolizing difficult experiences, uncovering patterns, and reconnecting with themselves in meaningful ways. I have a deep respect for the profound, sometimes disorienting territory that expanded states of consciousness can open, and the integration that follows.

I support individuals who are preparing for or integrating psychedelic and plant medicine experiences. Perhaps you are preparing for an experience and want support in clarifying intentions, exploring what may arise, and approaching it with groundedness and clarity. Or perhaps you have already had a powerful experience that left you with insights that feel just out of reach, feelings that are hard to articulate, or a sense that something has shifted in ways that are difficult to explain to others. Together we work to weave what you encountered into your embodied, everyday life.

Integration work often unfolds as part of a larger therapeutic process. Many of my clients come to this work with unnamed longings — for more depth, more meaning, more genuine connection. You may notice patterns repeating in your life, feel disconnected from yourself or your body, or sense deeper layers of your experience waiting to be understood. You might long for deeper relationships with yourself or others, or to inhabit your life more fully. Alongside psychedelic work, I also specialize in working with those navigating trauma, life transitions, sexuality and intimacy, perinatal experiences, grief, spirituality, and relational challenges.

I also hold a deep reverence for the initiatory experiences of pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. My doctoral research explored the experience of awe during childbirth, and I have come to understand birth as a profound threshold state that, like psychedelic experience, can open unexpected access to the depths of the self. The transition into motherhood, or the grief of loss, can be as disorienting and transformative as any expanded state of consciousness. I am honored to accompany women through these tender thresholds.

My approach is rooted in depth psychology, integrating somatic therapy with psychodynamic, Jungian, and parts-based frameworks, alongside mindfulness and transpersonal practices. This foundation makes depth-oriented psychedelic preparation and integration a natural extension of my work, where we explore not just what you experienced or what you are moving toward, but what it means, what it is asking of you, and how it connects to the deeper patterns and longings of your life.

I consider the therapeutic relationship sacred and have found that true healing happens in the safety of a trusted relationship. The intimacy of being deeply known and understood is rare, and I aim to create a space where you can feel safe enough to explore your most tender, vulnerable, or unspoken aspects of yourself — fears, longings, fantasies, desires, and dreams. I am deeply committed to this work and honored to support those ready to engage in the deep work of therapy.
